VT Transco is owned by the distribution utilities. The two largest owning utilities are Central Vermont Public Service, and Green Mountain Power. Their ownership share of VT Transco is in excess of 20%. All of the other utilities own less than 10%. VT Transco’s energy affiliates are the marketing personnel at following companies:
